Our Location
Located behind the Ithaca High School off of Lake Street, which at one time had a commanding view of Cayuga Lake. It is a beautiful serene resting place of close to 8,000 burials, which includes many notables from the Ithaca community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to honor the memory and dignity of those buried in Lake View Cemetery by maintaining a serene and respectful resting place and providing pleasant surroundings for families and visitors.
Announcement
The 2026 annual Lot Holders meeting, including election of Board of Trustee members, will be held on June 23, 2026 from 7pm to roughly 7:30pm. Lot holders can attend in person at the Ithaca Town Hall (enter from the parking lot at the SW corner of Aurora and Buffalo) or over Zoom at the following link:
